A solid, sound, classic offshore sloop designed by Peter Brett and built in the UK in 1976 by Marine Construction Ltd. British registered, Part 1. Recently sailed from UK to southern Sardinia, via Spain, Portugal and Morocco, now reluctantly offered 'as is where is' due to ill health of elderly owner.

Sea-kindly, solid fibreglass hull with a sought-after shallow draft (1.4 metres). Low profile, single-spreader sloop rig with detachable inner forestay for storm jib. Tiller-steered, deep, dry cockpit with dual drainage.

Volvo Penta MD2030 diesel engine, 20 HP, fitted in 2000. Professionally serviced every 300 hours, all filters, oil, and impeller changed. Hours unknown.

Fully battened mainsail in reasonable condition, lazy jacks (2023) and boom bag (refurbished mid-2023). Furling genoa (Furlex), refurbished in 2024 with clew reinforced and new sun-protection strip on luff. Age of rig unknown but mast and standing rigging inspected in 2023 and 2025. Reefing lines renewed. Good storm jib, tri-sail, and cruising chute, spare mainsail (unreliable condition), various old, hank-on headsails for removable Solent stay.

New sprayhood and dodgers in 2023. All coach-top handrails and liferaft cradle replaced in 2024.

Five berths in traditional configuration: pilot berth aft of navigation table and two saloon berths, one potentially convertible to a double (all good lengths), and double in forepeak (7-foot long). 6-foot headroom in saloon.

Various electronics, most fitted 10+ years ago, including 2 x GPS (a Garmin colour chart plotter with AIS and a Furuno with monochrome display), AIS Receiver linked to Garmin, fixed VHF-DSC, two VHF handsets, including ICOM ICM94DE DSC with AIS Receiver (new in 2023), EPIRB (new 2023).

Basic 4-man liferaft just out of inspection date. Old Avon Redcrest dinghy, with oars and outboard bracket.

Lots of spare parts, tools, safety gear, charts.
