This is a really classic Traditional Mid Engined Tug style boat built in 1994 with a beautiful 1952 Gardner. The engine was rebuilt by Danny Williamson in 1995. The boatman's cabin adds to the classic feel of the boat and she has lots of internal space. This is a great example of the very popular but hard to come by, Cox 27 Family Fisher. The boat was re-fitted in 2011 and had a new 70hp Yanmar engine fitted in 1993. She is copper coated and is just about to go back into the water for the season. The boat has just been surveyed 21st October 2025 and has also just been blacked at the same time. This 2003 semi trad narrowboat was built by Caulden Boatbuilders and fitted out and sold by Midway Boats of Nantwich. The boat was last blacked in 2021 so is due for blacking. The Nimbus 3000 has a great reputation as a motor cruiser and is, as you would expect from Sweden, well built and very well designed and ideal for the Irish Sea!
